Ingredients

• 2 oz Volando Mezcal
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime juice
• 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
• Soda
• Garnish: Smoked Salt & Grapefruit Wedge  

Instructions

1. Rim half the glass with sea salt 

2. Pour Volando Mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice & agave syrup into tall glass 

3. Fill glass with ice to the top

4. Top with Soda

5. Stir, mixing all ingredients together

6. Garnish with grapefruit wedge
